Over the last three years, the local Results office on Sharon Road has consistently sold more homes than any other real estate office. For the last two calendar years 2005-2006, Results listed and sold 11 TCF homes. The other offices averaged just over 1 ½ each and the next closest office sold 5! For the calendar years 2004-2006, Results listed and sold 16 TCF homes. The other offices averaged less than 2 each and the next closest office sold 8! And we get top dollar!
With the highest prices for 5/4 with an unfinished basement and for a ranch, Results has helped move the price point in TCF! Recent sales have included a home on the parkway side of Horizon Court where sales have been difficult to come by. Another was a home in need of repairs on a slab that had to be sold during the peak of parkway construction. Results extensive marketing got it sold!
